The Joe Tirone Team is one of the most sought-after real estate groups in all of Staten Island. After owning a brokerage for nearly 20 years, Joe Tirone partnered with Compass and used his access to the best industry technology and agent support to build a team of superior agents. His primary goal in forming the team was to find esteemed creative professionals hailing from different industries to combine their collective expertise for the benefit of their clients.

Today, the Joe Tirone Team consists of eight members in total, and each brings something unique to the group. Leader Joe Tirone is a native Staten Islander with unparalleled enthusiasm for his hometown, state-of-the-art customer service skills, and a background in investment banking that has proven invaluable for his clients. Joe developed his client centric work ethics at Tirone’s Shoe Store, a local store that his family owned for 62 years. His close ties with the community inspired him to lead a successful effort for government home buyouts for over 500 families after Hurricane Sandy. Joe has taken on leadership positions at the Staten Island Board of Realtors, and is currently co-chair of the Legislative Committee, as well as a designated Realtor. 

While each person on the Joe Tirone Team might hail from varied backgrounds, they do have some important details in common. Each member of the team is well-vested in Staten Island and has lived here for all or most of their lives. Each owns property across Staten Island, representing every region from the North to South Shores and Mid-Island. Joe has also instilled the importance of each member embracing his philosophy of always putting clients first. Regardless of a client’s situation, the Joe Tirone Team is confident they can help them navigate the complexities of this current real estate market.
